Canaan Cares was honored to attend the 42nd Annual Involved Exceptional Parents (IEP) Day Conference hosted by the Exceptional Family Resource Center on Saturday, May 16, in San Diego. While tabling at the resource fair, our team connected with families and shared resources alongside a full day of educational workshops and support opportunities.
