At Canaan Cares, we believe individuals with developmental disabilities and their families should have access to information that helps them understand their choices and confidently navigate the Self-Determination Program.
Events like the SG/PRC Self-Determination Conference & Service Provider Expo provide an excellent opportunity to learn, connect with community resources, and discover supports that may help individuals pursue greater choice, flexibility, and control over their services.
If you or someone you support is interested in the Self-Determination Program, mark your calendar for October 8 and register to attend!
