At Canaan Cares, we believe every individual deserves the opportunity to live with dignity, independence, and meaningful community connection. That is why we are excited to be part of this year’s Involved Exceptional Parents or IEP Day Conference hosted by the Exceptional Family Resource Center.
Now celebrating its 42nd year, IEP Day continues to bring together individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), parents, caregivers, support staff, and community partners for a day filled with learning, encouragement, resources, and connection.
Attendees can look forward to:

- Inspiring guest speakers
- Opportunities to connect with other families and support networks
- Helpful community resources and vendors
- A welcoming environment focused on empowerment and support
Canaan Cares will be participating in the morning Resource Fair from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and we would love for you to stop by our table to say hello.
