This FREE community event brings together people with all abilities, families, caregivers, community organizations, advocates, and friends for an afternoon centered around inclusion, connection, resources, and fun.
And yes, Canaan Cares will be there! We would love for you to stop by, say hello, meet our team, and learn more about the services and support available in our community.
A Community Event Built Around Inclusion
The Fall Advocacy & Inclusion Fair is more than a fun fall celebration. It’s an opportunity for individuals and families to connect with organizations, discover helpful resources, build relationships, and enjoy an inclusive community event where everyone is welcome.
Legacy Bridges Foundation works to support individuals and families while raising awareness, building connections, and helping bridge gaps within the disability community.
If you haven’t connected with the Legacy Bridges Foundation before, this is a great opportunity to learn more about the organization and the work it is doing in the community.
