Canaan Cares is excited to participate in SDP in the IE: We’re All In, a community event hosted by Inland Regional Center that focuses on education, empowerment, and connection for individuals participating in the Self-Determination Program (SDP).
This free event is designed exclusively for individuals served by Inland Regional Center and offers a day filled with valuable workshops, community resources, and opportunities to connect with others navigating the SDP journey. Attendees will also have the chance to explore a marketplace featuring participant-owned microenterprises and small businesses, highlighting the creativity, talent, and entrepreneurship within the community.
Our Canaan Cares team will be part of the Resource Fair, where we will be available to connect with individuals and families seeking support services, answer questions, and share information about the personalized care and support we provide. We will also be accepting applications for individuals interested in joining our team as support staff and making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
This event is a wonderful opportunity to:
