Mission: Our mission is to help improve the quality of life of the elderly, the disabled, and/or individuals suffering from a terminal illness.
Funding: The Canaan Cares Foundation, 501(c)3, is funded from the proceeds of Canaan Health Care, Inc., Canaan Home Care (www.canaanhomecare.com), and generous tax deductible donations from individuals and corporations. The foundation staff is comprised of 100% volunteers, so every penny you donate goes towards our mission.
